Cozy atmosphere and perfect location

The location is fantastic, just steps away from the vibrant Champs Elysees. The charming decor of the hotel gives it a unique feel, along with the staff's attentive service. Although the bathroom could use some updates, the overall stay was good.

I truly enjoyed polite and very, very nice employees!

the classic queen room was beautiful, it had central heating, an ironing set, and a flat-screen tv with cable channels.

The venue is clean, the staff is friendly. Make sure to get deluxe room with excellent bath facilities and A/C plus the breakfast flloor. The hotel has a marvellous and fantastic location, in the center of Paris.

My kids wished there was more food service available throughout the day.

Had a really really nice stay for one night, glad I've chosen it. The jewel in the crown was professional staff. The location was EXCELLENT, near the Louvre and Notre Dame as well as monuments. It also was to Trumpf arch.

My first room was too small.

Romantic and tastefully decorated room with spacious bed and smoke detectors for safety measures.

We visited the nearby Champs Elysees and took a lovely stroll to the Eiffel Tower. The rooms were beautifully furnished and just a short walk from the George V metro. I'd recommend considering this gem for your stay!

One issue was that the service felt a bit money-oriented rather than focused on guests, which put a slight damper on our experience.

The beautiful decor gave the hotel a rich, classic feel, and the breakfast ladies were kind, whipping up cheese omelettes on request. Plus, the location was perfect! Just steps from all the action.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable.

The only thing good about this hotel is it's location.

The rooms are tiny. The Bathroom is even smaller. The staff is minimal and not helpful. We had no toiletries in our room and over three day of asking we never got any!!! They had No sports channels I had to miss the Wimbledon finals because of this!!!! For some reason they have only Arabic tv channels!!! Over all we were extremely disappointed. So given a choice, there are another 10/15 hotels within 100 meter radius, choose any one but this..

The location was fantastic, just steps from the champs elysees. The staff were genuinely cute, especially the breakfast team who went out of their way to serve delicious omelettes.

the air conditioning wasn't working well.

The staff was amazing... sometimes they do whatever you want without even having to ask for it! Really nice team and staff friendliness...

It would have been nice if there could be a water boiler/kettle in the room to allow guests to make a hot drink if needed, especially for those with a jet lag :-)

Really loved the french atmosphere. Room was clean and decorated in a very chic old style...looked like a child room in a castle. Very cozy. It was warm, the AC was set on a comfortable temperature, not as in other hotels where no matter what you do, the AC is set on 16 degrees, even in the middle of the winter. I was able to open the windows, a thing that you cant really do anymore in nowa days in the new hotels which dont even have windows anymore...just the AC. The location of the hotel is perfect, few steps to Champs Elysees. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and will definetely go back.

The only thing i didnt like was the minibar..i would say it was as old as the hills.

Charming Stay in Paris

I stayed for 3 nights and the location was super convenient, right near the metro! The staff were really nice and even arranged my taxi to the airport. My room had a cute vibe, but some noise from the street was a bit annoying at night. Enjoyed breakfast in the cozy bar area too!

Location is very good, design is interesting, parking facilities.

The hotel blocked amount on my credit card upon booking. Then they deducted due amount upon my stay but they still did not unblocked previous amount. That is not customer oriented.
